We had the most incredible, intimate wedding at this hotel rooftop venue! The beach view was absolutely breathtaking and made for the perfect backdrop. Elisa and Allene were attentive, professional, and made everything seamless! Elisa was truly a gem and was so beyond helpful on my wedding day. She was the sweetest and was instrumental in making our day the most special. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about the atmosphere, the food, and the gorgeous setup. It truly exceeded all our expectations — highly recommended!!!

This place is beautiful, but the service is terrible and the walls are thin so you can’t sleep. They wouldn’t let me cancel my reservation due to a surgery and then when I arrived at midnight and had a check out of 11 the next morning, they would not give me an opportunity for late checkout. Walls are paper thin so you can hear people walking on all sides of you as well as a blaring 70 year-old air conditioner.

Our oceanfront room was stunning—just steps from the sand with breathtaking views and the soothing sound of the waves. The location couldn’t be better: walking distance to shops, galleries, and some of the best dining in Laguna. Yet, Casa Loma feels peaceful and tucked away, like your own private oasis. The food on-site was excellent—fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared. Every detail, from the décor to the amenities, reflects the laid-back elegance that makes Laguna Beach so special. Casa Loma captured everything we hoped for and more. If you’re looking for an authentic Laguna Beach experience with incredible views, exceptional service, and a serene atmosphere, this is the place. This hotel is a MUST VISIT. It genuinely took me back to a European summer feel- 5 stars all around. The service was incredible, so attentive and authentic (shout out Dennis thank you so much and HBD!). Felipe, the manager, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The details Felipe and his team curated for our stay made us return customers. The hotel itself is SO beautiful, interior design on point, so eloquent. The views from this hotel are unbeatable, we spent a lot of time on the rooftop terrace! There are so many good things to say it’s hard to pick a few for this review. The location- wow. So centrally located in Laguna, you do not need to drive anywhere once you arrive. We walked to all our dinners and sightseeing. Thank you Casa Loma hotel for such a beautiful weekend! Felipe, Dennis and team- thank you! We will be back.

Wonderful hotel. Great location. Very classy. Excellent attention by staff. Also, a very creative inhouse menu with delicious food. Can't beat the ocean view rooms with cozy balconies and relaxing surf sounds all night long. Can't wait to go back.

Just fantastic!…location, renovations, staff-absolutely the best beach hotel experience we’ve had in recent years! Subdued elegance, elevated service. All of the staff were friendly and helpful, but David at the front desk stands out as incredibly considerate, professional and effective. Will definitely be back.

Fabulous time here at the Casa Loma. Beautiful hotel and location. Four seasons experience without the 4 seasons price. Highly recommend a 5 minute walk to the independently-owned coffee shop Jedediah Coffee Shop! Great coffee and breakfast or lunch. Avoid the place across the street with the tiki lamps as this is a chain coffee place. Take your money to Jedediah and support a local business that makes great coffee and food.
